'Seating chart maker' covers very different products: venue software built for professionals, desktop table planners, design templates, browser tools you feed a spreadsheet, and charts that read your live guest list. I compared 11 of them on their own sites on 14 October 2026, and rated each one on the question that decides the final month: does the chart sync with your RSVPs, fully, partly, by manual import, or not at all?
