The planner tools carry no software fee - what you pay for is each wedding. Every client wedding carries its own plan: $19.99 per month while the wedding is active, or $189 lifetime, chosen when you create the wedding. Most planners bill it through to the couple as a line item, the way stationery is billed. No cap on how many weddings your account holds.
Your call. Some planners absorb the per-wedding plan inside their fee; most bill it through to the couple. Either way there is no software fee on top - the wedding is the only thing paid for.
